- I am in my sixth year teaching art at Simis Elementary, and my seventh year overall. I grew up in Minnesota, and went to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for college. When I graduated, I decided to leave the cold and move to Phoenix to teach. When I'm not working, I am usually drawing or painting.
